Note: These terms and conditions apply exclusively to Medidyne’s IO workshop.
When you register for a course, you will receive a confirmation email.
You or your organization will shortly thereafter receive an invoice for the course. The invoice will be issued in local currency.
All prices listed on the site are excluding VAT, as the courses are primarily intended for businesses.
Registration is binding. If you are unable to attend a course, you may transfer your place to a colleague. However, this requires that your colleague attends the course on the same date and time that you were originally registered for. You must notify Medidyne at symposium@medidyne.dk if you are unable to attend and wish to transfer your place to a colleague.
We always strive to carry out our courses as planned. However, we reserve the right to cancel a course, e.g., if the instructor becomes ill or if there are too few participants.
If we are forced to cancel a course, the course fee will be refunded.
In connection with coordination and delivery of our courses, we collect data such as participant name, email address, and phone number. The data collected is limited to relevant and necessary information for coordination, communication, invoicing, etc.
